We recently experienced a flood that caused damage to several areas of our home, and Four Peaks Restoration was incredibly quick to respond. They came out right away, removed all the affected areas we needed addressed, and set everything up with fans and drying equipment to make sure the home was ready for the general contractor to begin repairs. I’ve been with Tucson Fire Department for over 25 years. I met another firefighter 23 years ago who is now with Four Peaks Restoration. Through my career, I’ve learned traits such as professionalism and integrity. Firefighters are good resources to talk to when something bad happens. I found mold in our house, thought of Four Peaks Restoration and called right away. They answered my phone call Sunday morning. They were at my house the next morning to remove the mold, seal off the hazardous area, and made it possible for our family to continue staying in our house during this process. I had no idea what I was dealing with and is the reason why professionals were called. They were patient with us, explained the entire process, and helped me realize we made the right decision calling. The entire mold removal process was quick, (hours) while dust and mold was safely confined using plastic, sealing off the hazardous area. During this process, I felt safe being inside my home while work was being done. I am thankful for their hard work and I would not hesitate recommending Four Peaks Restoration to anyone.
