Called them and had them come out to do a bid on my new metal roof I wanted to install. So they gave me a quote. Called them back a few days later to move forward, then some other guy gets on the phone and says my partner said we’re going to “deny” you roof. I said what do you mean “deny” he said no Comprende, no more info for you, he just deny. Don’t waste your time with this company.

At that time, Francisco was out of state, but we replied the same day and asked if you could share any questions by email so we could assist you right away or arrange a call once he returned. We also attempted to reach you by phone but did not receive a response.

I highly recommend Evergreen NW Roofing for new roofs or roof repair work. They are very efficient and timely with their work. They recently completed a new roof in Shoreline for me where they had to remove the old roofing and install new 1/2" plywood sheathing. I was worried about rain and water damaging the inside of the house. Evergreen NW Roofing was organized and had the manpower to complete the roof on time.
As a contractor, I look for companies that I can do repeat business with such as Evergreen NW Roofing.

We used Evergreen NW Roofing based on a friend's recommendation & also for their reasonable pricing. Roof replacement was done promptly & quickly in a matter of few days. We were informed of any additional work/repair needed along the way. We were able to see the finished work & have all our questions answered. We recommend going with them.

I highly recommend Evergreen NW Roofing for your roofing needs. Francisco's (owner) attention to detail is unparalleled. The company went the extra mile to do complementary work that was not part of the contractual engagement to ensure that the final outcome reflected an end to end premium quality. Francisco even painstakingly corrected the design errors that were in the original roofing design, thereby ensuring the longevity and durability of the new roof. Great professionalism too.

Evergreen NW was prompt and professional, but more importantly they fixed a problem in a timely fashion. The flashing around the chimney was coming undone and they replaced it. Will use them again for anything roof related!
