Car was old and windows were trashed from the sun and weather as well as having lovers on for 48 years. They were able to polish rear window and get one piece tint on my 78 Corvette.

I have had tint on every vehicle I have owned, but this experience so far has topped them all. I found ADS by simply asking Google to search for tint shops. Her product knowledge was impressive and she spent plenty of time answering my questions while being patient and professional. Vehicle was provided with a few minor defects in the film on my front windshield and a scratch from installation in my passenger door. I called and was told to bring it in the next day. Cedro not only replaced the tint but the installation quality was even better the second time. I have been going to them for over 20 years. ADS did a fantastic job on the full hood PPF package for my Tesla Model 3. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced with Teslas. They took the time to discuss installation details, including removing and reinstalling the front emblem so the film could be installed properly rather than simply cutting around it. The final product looks excellent, pricing matched the quoted amount exactly, and they included a follow-up inspection. Highly recommend ADS for anyone looking for PPF or any detailing service, in the Tri-Cities area.

Took my vehicle in to get the windows done and Cedro was very helpful and took his time explaining things and making sure that’s what I wanted was right for me, even brought some samples out to see what looked best in my opinion. We randomly happened to walk in on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Kenny about potentially getting tints on passenger and driver windows on my car, he gave us options, prices and showed us examples of different tint options. Very nice, very knowledgeable and made us feel instantly comfortable. We left that day, my husband and I decided over the weekend to move forward with ADS Tinting and I called them Monday morning to schedule an appt, they got me in the SAME DAY at 1130am! Got there, filled out paperwork with Melissa who is a front desk gal that is also very knowledgeable and answered more questions I walked in with. We checked my car in, I met the owner (Cedro), talked he showed me around the place, very nice person, very knowledgeable knew SO much about the business and gave me suggestions on what he would do if this was his car etc which I appreciated because this was my first rodeo with tinting! I ended up doing all my car windows to the XR plus Tints and I couldn't be happier!! It's so nice and made a huge difference especially with the heat. My daughter and I proceeded to wait in their waiting room where they had coffee, a mini fridge with various varieties of sodas and juices and also some snack options which was amazing especially waiting with a kid!!
