Poor customer service and communication
I scheduled my car for two services and specifically asked whether the day I selected would work. I was told it would, and I was instructed to drop off my car at 8:00 a.m. and that I would receive a call when the services were complete.
However, I had to call at the end of the day for an update, only to be told that my car was not finished because the staff member assigned to one of the services had left early. I was then asked whether I wanted them to keep my car or reschedule for another day.
My car was there all day, yet no one contacted me to let me know there would be a delay. This appears to reflect poor scheduling, overbooking, and a lack of communication among the staff. The experience was especially disappointing because this business frequently promotes itself on the radio as providing excellent customer service. Based on my experience, the communication and service planning fell far short of that standard. Complete disappointment.
Update to my original review:
After posting my original review, the owner personally contacted me and explained that this is not how he does business and that he wanted to make things right. I genuinely appreciate that he took the time to reach out, listen to my concerns, and address the situation.
He completed the services free of charge, with no strings attached, and sincerely apologized for the experience I had. I appreciate him standing behind his business and taking responsibility for making things right.
While my original experience with the scheduling and communication was disappointing, I’m grateful for the owner’s response and his effort to turn the situation around. His willingness to make things right has definitely changed my perspective, and I appreciate the way he handled the resolution.
