Excellent price. The channels match the house trim exactly. Installation was well planned and exactly on time. The techs were well prepared and completed the installation in half the expected time. Techs took plenty of time to go over all the instructions in detail and were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will advocate for Trimlight to anyone thinking of installing lights.

I had put in a request online at Capitol Trimlight. Within a day, I got an email with a zoom appointment with Joel.
Joel was very informative and thorough in going through different options and quotes. He was answering my follow up questions promptly.
Then, after I had paid a deposit, they were supposed to install the lights in about two weeks. Their teams did a color match in a day and had set up an installation appointment in a matter of 3 or 4 days. Lydia helped me with this process efficiently.
On the day of installation, two technicians Wyatt and Aramis came to my home and installed the lights in about 4 or 5 hours.
Then Wyatt helped me install and set up the Trimlight app on my phone. Only issue as soon as I left my home was that one part of lights were not turned off in timer mode. Once I texted Lydia, she sent the technician back in about 10 minutes. He fixed the issue right away.
All in all, top notch company!

One of the best products I’ve ever experienced, super easy, can use for daily accent lighting or beautiful customized birthdays, or any other occasion! After having done DIY "permanent light" installation on my home last year just before Christmas, and having several different issues, I did some research and found Trimlight. I wanted a product that could be left up all year to enjoy lights on all the holidays as well as just ambient lighting at other times. I reached out and had a consultation with Joel, who went through the package (from product selection, color matching our trim, all the fantastic features of the Trimlight product and finally the installation process). I was sold immediately. A couple of weeks later, Tait and crew showed up to do the installation. They were top notch, knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the installation. The tutorial for the app and how to create my own light design or the many already programmed options was excellent. I could not be happier with the end product and result. We have been fully installed for a couple of weeks now and have gotten very familiar and comfortable with the app interface and they are working with no issues and are absolutely stunning at night! If you are looking for a permanent light solution, please reach out to Joel and Trimlight - they will not disappoint!!

My wife and I researched pretty hard for a permanent lighting system plus the best installation companies. My brother has the Jellyfish lighting which we liked and thought was cool but the quality of installation left a lot to be desired. My best friend and his wife have the Everlight system which was also cool but didn't look nearly as nice as the Trimlights or Jellyfish. We finally settled on the Trimlight system and Trimlight Austin South. Could not have worked out better. We chose the commercial hockey puck style lights. Trimlight Austin matched our paint color exactly with their track system and the quality of work was fantastic. I've been a contractor for almost 40 years and it's rare that I'm super impressed with quality craftsmanship anymore from installation companies but Trimlight Austin South is the exception. Installers were professional and personable and they left the jobsite super clean. If you're thinking about investing in a permanent lighting system give Trimlight Austin South a good hard look. We highly recommend them.

They answered the phone. They came to the house on time. Scheduling was easy and Elmer and team did a great job, not just installing the lights but also walking me through the app, operating and customizing the light show. If I ever move, I will buy from them again!

My experience with Trimlight was problem-free which is so refreshing given how many companies don't seem to care about your business these days. They did everything they said they would, they were all very nice, everything happened on time (in December no less!) and the quality of the product is top notch. For me, these are the perfect permanent lights because they are bright, fully customizable and hidden really well in the daylight with their color-matched tracks. The app is a little quirky with setting up certain things and being in the right mode but the video tutorials are clear and teach you to do whatever it is you want.

I had my system set up about 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately my modem went out and had to gave it replaced. I had trouble connecting my system back. I contacted Steve and Anna, who installed it. They came out New Year’s Eve to get me up and going. That’s customer service.
