All personnel were professional and responded to questions promptly. Installation team did a great job and were very polite. We have only had the lights for a couple of days, but are enjoying them and have had several compliments from neighbors.

Great service and installation from the Trimlight team!

I had put in a request online at Capitol Trimlight. Within a day, I got an email with a zoom appointment with Joel. Joel was very informative and thorough in going through different options and quotes. He was answering my follow up questions promptly. Then, after I had paid a deposit, they were supposed to install the lights in about two weeks. Their teams did a color match in a day and had set up an installation appointment in a matter of 3 or 4 days. Lydia helped me with this process efficiently. On the day of installation, two technicians Wyatt and Aramis came to my home and installed the lights in about 4 or 5 hours. Then Wyatt helped me install and set up the Trimlight app on my phone. Only issue as soon as I left my home was that one part of lights were not turned off in timer mode. Once I texted Lydia, she sent the technician back in about 10 minutes. He fixed the issue right away. All in all, top notch company! I'd recommend them very highly!

From order to install in two days! Fantastic and neat job performed by a team who were focused, professional, using top notch materials! The outcome has exceeded my expectations, and we look forward to many years of enjoyment!
