The father & son team were so friendly, efficient, easy to talk to, and very talented. The house looks amazing and the project was reasonably priced. I just wish I had done it sooner. My neighbors love it too!

We hired Chris Kathrens for a unique job of converting our 40x60 shop into a horse stable with 8 stalls. We were on a tight budget and Chris delivered exactly what we needed right on budget! We are very pleased with our new horse stalls and are now ready to take the reins and finish the rest ourselves to prepare for horses. We plan to hire Chris and his team for any future projects and highly recommend him!

CKB did a timely and great job cleaning our roof, pressure washing patios and driveway and washing our windows. Fredy also connected us to a contractor who did a very good job building a sturdy staircase in our crawl space. Won’t hesitate in calling Fredy/CKB again!!!

CKB constructed a new second story deck and replaced the side fence of my property. The finished construction is beautiful and all the little touches such as wrapping the stair posts and aligning the screw heads provides a seamless look throughout the whole structure. The communication throughout the project was excellent. I will use CKB for future projects.
