I had an excellent experience working with the Condo Department Coordinator, Melonie, who assisted me with booking a condo in Las Vegas. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated outstanding customer service throughout the entire reservation process.
She provided me with several options and any additional fees associated with each option. This transparency made it much easier for me to compare the choices and make an informed decision.
She was also very familiar with the condo I selected and provided helpful tips about what to expect during check-in. Her instructions were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, which made the reservation process smooth.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent customer service truly stood out. She is definitely an asset to the department, and I greatly appreciate all of her assistance in making my booking a positive experience.

I just began my first group travel for a cruise and goodness, I was lost, but I feel so much more confident now that I have been working on this with Beatriz. Very happy and praying that this cruise goes well and it will be the beginning of many more group travel.
