Got a second opinion from these guys after dealer told me I needed $2000 worth of work. These amazing mechanics told me that the work they suggested was not necessary at this time and can get a bit more time driving around with the current state of my vehilce. They also did not charge me as nothing needed to be done. These guys are the best in town.

Platinum has not only helped with car repairs at a fair price, but also helped my teen daughter today when she was in crisis and got her car running again right away! 10/10 service and I would highly recommend them for any automotive needs.

Fast, friendly, professional, and thorough

Platinum Auto deserves 6 stars! However, I don't want to go into how experienced they are with all types of vehicles, including trucks, daily drivers, classics and hot rods, nor how friendly and professional they are, because then I will never be able to get my rigs in for oil changes, repairs, replacement front and rear lights or engine\oil\gas clean out of a 50+ year old engine. So, I politely decline to write this review.

I have worked with Tom and Nate a few times over the past year and I would not go anywhere else to get work done on my vehicle. Legendary, standout individuals work there and i can't recommend them enough.

Even though they are very busy they have great communication and can always get us in. We have 3 cars that have been serviced there for over 10 years. They are informative and willing to explain what's necessary now VS what's going to need to be done in the near future.

I'm from out of town. Car was making a noise when steering. They were busy, but still got my car in and fixed it. If I lived in Tri Cities, they would be my go- to shop. They also said they like working on classic cars with carburetors.

Our car broke down in Oregon about 30-40 minutes from Platinum Auto during a road trip. Had our car towed to Platinum and they diagnosed that the A/C compressor went out and the serpentine belt with it.We rented a car elsewhere to continue our trip.They went above an beyond to help us out to have it done before the weekend, so we could pick it up on the way back.Exclellent customer service by Nate and Tom.

I brought my 03 Honda in for an inspection, leak repair, and brake inspection. They didn't charge me for the inspections. I had the work done and a precautionary change they suggested I have done (I knew it was not needed right away) and they were totally honest about it being such. After the big leak was out of the way I saw there were other leaks. I took it back and they fixed it the same day, free of charge. All in all they may not be the cheapest, but I'm going to Platinum from now on. Thanks to Tom and the team for helping me.
