First of all kudos to entire Trimlight ream from sales to installation and post installation/ follow. Communication, Commitment for schedule and lifetime warranty is best part to consider Trimlight. Light is perfect and app is easy to use. Trimlight help support providing layout and specification to get HOA approval process. I will suggest for not to shop around for other competitors and considers Trimlight for quality, price and top if the customer service.

This is by far the best money we’ve spent on our home. It’s so neat to change the lights for different holidays and events. We have people knock on our door to ask about them. I can’t say enough. The process was easy. Great service. Once we had some lights out. Next day they were fixed at no cost. Do it! Th pictures are Halloween and from when the Rangers were in the World Series.

The Team at Trimlight DFW is great. The experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations, from the initial consultation (which took about 10 minutes on a virtual call) to the installation which took a little over half a day. Overall, if you are looking for a permanent light solution, I would recommend their service.

I recently had Trimlight install lights on my house and they did a great job! I love the lights so much I had them come back and add a few more around my garage doors! My mom liked them so much she had them installed on her house as well! We can celebrate all the holidays with endless color options and patterns. I would highly recommend adding them to any home.

I know system is a little expensive but worth every penny. My crew Samuel, Craig, and Josh did extremely good job. From instilling the box, run wires and teach me how to use an app. Job is very clean and well done, and fast as well. No one can see my lights during the day, place of instillation is perfect. We have had our trimlights for about 3 years and aboslutely LOVE them. We were also so happy with our experience with Trimlight DFW— their seriously the best! The owner was so nice and came out/showed us all the different options we had as far as spacing and where all we wanted them which was really nice. We chose to do the front and sides of the house with 9 inch spacing and I honestly wish we would have put them on the back of our house as well - hopefully in the future! The guys that came out to install them were very friendly and did a great job. It seriously is SO worth the investment - we use them year round for all the different holidays/sports game days - our kids really enjoy it! The app is easy to use, has a schedule/time feature for auto turn on/off if you want, and very customizable - you literally can control each light so your not stuck with the same colors. We get compliments all the time and more and more people in or neighborhood are getting them. It definitely is the way to go and even long term cheaper then paying each year for Christmas light installation. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Had trim lights installed around roof perimeter. Lights work great and look amazing! So many possibilities and the app is fairly easy to work. Owner and employees communicated well and are quick to respond if there is anything we need help with.

From our consult to installation, everything was flawless. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly. They walked us through the process and answered any questions we had. We don’t put our Trimights on for just holidays, we put them on for special occasions and game days! We love the option to set the lights on a timer. This is our second house with Trimlights. Excellent product! I have had the Trimlight permanent lights on my house for the past 3 years. I have set custom light patterns and colors for pretty much every occasion that is important to my family. I’m happy to use the pre-programmed setting for all of the holidays as well. I have never had an issue with the system hardware or software. Installing this system was one of the best decisions I have made to upgrade my home!!

Love all the lighting options and the ability to schedule them for the whole year! My favorite feature, though, is that I can use them as white security lighting all year long.

Trimlight installed our permanent holiday lights in November and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We were given all the information we needed, installation was on time, it was fast and efficient. We are so happy knowing we have lighting that we can change the colors as well as type of sequence…from twinkle, fade, strobe, and so many more! The possibilities are endless! The lights are mounted so that they are undetectable so you never have to take them down and then reinstall.We were so pleased with their product and service that we insisted them to redo our half broken, non functioning landscape lighting. Again, another superior job! Ryan made sure the lights were exactly to our specifications and the project was completed in a few hours. Justin called us that evening, after we had a chance to see the lighting after dark, to make sure we were completely satisfied. Ryan had also left us his email and phone number to contact him in case we had any additional concerns or questions.We are extremely happy with Trimlight and highly recommend them to anyone desiring beautiful lighting for your home. We hired Trimlight DFW to install permanent holiday lights, to avoid the yearly crush to install and uninstall lights for the holidays. Much to our surprise, the lights are for the most part unnoticably tucked away under the eaves, and can be used year round for other holidays (such as Valentines, Independence Day, etc). Another feature is the ability to turn on individual bulbs to create a security lighting affect around the perimeter of our home! Sam was our installer, and he consulted with us on the details before starting. He did a fantastic job concealing the lights and wires under the eaves and around our backyard pergola. We are very happy with the lights and highly recommend.

After looking at permanent light options for a bit, I went with Trimlight due to them being in the industry over a decade, and having a solid warranty backing. We had some delivery delays of our color matched trim (no fault of their own), and their service recovery was beyond amazing. They were responsive, helpful, and friendly. Not to mention, the lights look AMAZING! can’t recommend them enough. They are what I considered a fair price considering I never have to touch a ladder again, and I have lights for every holiday. Worth every penny.

Our experience with Trimlight has been positive from the first phone call. They did a great job explaining the services and work they do. The price was the best we found. They prepared us well with educational emails/videos on what to expect and do before the install. They were to arrive between 7-9 and we were pleasantly surprised that they arrived at 7 on the dot. Thank you again for all the great work!!Amazing job from this company thus far! We initially noticed these awesome lights from our neighbors down the street and instantly fell in love. The process of install was smooth. My only issue is when I spoke to the customer Relations Manager she said we would be able to get a visual mock up of what our house would specifically look like with the light kit but when speaking with Grant the salesman coordinator he said he can only do them during off peak season so we felt communication lacked between the two departments. Our installer Ryan was super!! He texted the night before arrival and showed up in a festive santa hat and even sang some Christmas jingles while quickly installing our lights. Also cleaned up after himself, was polite and informative on app set up. We are pleased and look forward to making memories with these beautiful lights on our peaks!

100 Stars if Google would allow!I've been afraid of the sticker price of permanent lighting, so one night I did some inquiries to get "ballpark pricing". Most companies have the typical fill out your information and we’ll get back to you. Trimlight DFW’s (TDFW) instant quote gives an instant price with all their available options. STEP 1 - Impressive!The next day I called to speak to my assigned salesperson (11/8-during their busiest time of year), I expected a high-pressure sales tactic (get my money and move on). WRONG! Grant started by asking me what questions I had about the system, the pricing, the options. He explained everything to me and made sure my questions were answered. I was sold! I paid my deposit, he said someone will be out to match my trim within 48 hours, and they will schedule an install date (along with providing me an estimated date). STEP 2 - I'm liking this company. FYI other quotes came in higher and used high-pressure tactics.As promised, a gentlemen showed up within 48 hours (I'm sorry I don't remember his name). I saw him drive up and was excited about the process, so I thought I'd go out and talk to the expert at my house. I'm sure he was expecting to be here for 2 minutes and get on to his next task; instead, he acted like I was a long-lost friend. He spent time reassuring me that the options I chose would be great on my house (FYI they weren't great, they were AWESOME!!) and he even gave me some other ideas. STEP 3 - Who is Trimlight and where did they learn customer service?By the time he left the neighborhood, I got an email with a link to TDFW's customer portal. You can see your quote, request service, and see appointments. My installation was scheduled and it even beat Grant's estimated date. STEP 4 - Should I be getting worried that it is "too good to be true"?Before install, TDFW sends several emails, what to do to make sure install goes well, how to download the correct app, tutorials on how to use the app, etc. STEP 5 - Great follow up and getting excited!The morning of the install Judd calls me to let me know I am number 2 on his schedule today. He gives me an estimate of what time he will be here and says he will text beforehand. Judd, as promised, texts about 20 minutes beforehand and arrives exactly when he estimated he would at the beginning of the day. Judd and I do a walkthrough, where the controller is going, where lights are being installed, etc. Two important things here. First, my electrical plug in the attic isn't the most conducive place for the control box, but given how often I will access, it wasn't even a concern for me. When Judd saw it, he says I'm going to mount the control box by the attic stairs, that way it is easy to get to. Just goes to their state of mind, they want to make everything easy. Second, during the walkthrough there was a small mix-up about my order. No one is perfect and this is also their busiest time of the year; to me it is more important how people and companies handle mistakes than those mistakes happen. Judd says no problem, grabs his phone and makes a call. Judd gets off the phone and says we've got it sorted. I'm going to start working while someone runs and gets the right things and drops them off. He starts and a while later Ryan shows up. Ryan even stays and helps Judd out. Next thing you know I've got the most beautiful lights! I cannot express enough what great gentlemen Judd and Ryan are. They treated me like family. I spent most of the afternoon outside talking to them about Trimlights and everything under the sun. As they started testing the lights neighbors started showing up. They entertained all their questions and never once bothered even though they are working long hours and that delayed them from getting home to their families. Finally, their workmanship was amazing. Everything is perfect, you cannot tell they were even here. I know it was installed and where, yet I must look hard to see it. STEP 6 – Why did I wait this long? After the holidays, I'm calling and adding on my garage.

customer service and customer support are great but if you are looking to use these for accent / bright white security lights I highly suggest that you look elsewhere. About 2 days after these were installed I contacted them about it and and the lack of bright white as displayed in all the Trimlight Videos, so I requested a refund but was told that they don't give refunds so now I am stuck over $5000 worth of lights that are pretty but doesn't do what I originally purchased them for. I don't understand how a company can do this to an individual or to a Disabled Veteran such as myself...BUYER BEWARE

The sales representative was thorough and not pushy at all. They were able to get us installed earlier than originally quoted. The installers did a fantastic job. They seem to enjoy what they do and care about doing a good job.

The trim light crew was on point. Communication from estimate to install was the same. I love this product. Easy to use so many options. Superior service & my family absolutely Love the TrimLight DFW Accent/Permanent LED lights. From the owner to the front office to the Installer the service was professional, courteous and friendly. The Installer - Judd - knew his trade. At the end I had a couple of minor concerns to add one more light in a minor corner and he listened to me then came up with a way to add one more light to cover a corner spot. Made a difference within that ending area. He was willing to listen & come up with a solution. Not many companies these days would go the extra mile to satisfy a consumer - they would quickly tell us why it can’t be done rather than putting on their thinking hay and see simple but effective possibilities. That’s what makes me give TrimLight DFW a 5 star rating. Going the extra mile these days for consumer satisfaction is everything. I’m now taking time to maneuver through the app which may need to be a bit more user friendly but it’s still in my opinion an overall great product. I definitely would recommend DFW TrimLight permanent lighting system. It has so much more potential for all year usage rather than just the Christmas season. Looking forward to endless options with my Permanent accent lighting. Oh by the way - did I mention the perfect match to my roof eves where it blends in seamlessly. No HOA issues because the lighting system is made so during the way - it can’t be seen when in off position and when the lights are on they appear as professional accent or landscape lights. My husband and I started looking at trimlights after a jellyfish person knocked on our door. They were super nice, but used very high pressure sales tactics which is a huge turnoff for me and my husband. We shopped around a few companies online that had high reviews and what we liked most was that their "sales person" Grant wasn't salesy AT ALL! He was organized, straight to the point (no sales pitch) and told us the price.. no fluff. It was refreshing. He was confident in his company's work and the price was reasonable so we went with them. They crew was professional, they showed up ontime and worked quickly. And oh boy, our lights look so great!! Trimlight DFW is awesome....decent price to cover most of my home...the lights blend in so well its amazing... what you can do with the lights through the app is unreal.....really an ingenious item....makes me want to use my lights daily instead of just holidays! My installers Judd and Sam were on time, polite and efficient and did not have any issues with me looking over thier shoulders and asking a ton of questions...great guys! My only negative and it's really just me being inpatient, is that it took about a month to get everything made and installed, but I understand that these are custom made and colored to match your home color exactly. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'm waiting on some time to pass to see if I have any future issues with the lights, installation or the app....but as of now all is good and so far well worth it!

Excellent warranty and great service. The lights are great and anytime I have an issue they are right there to take care of it, even if they need to send someone out. Most things can be fixed remotely. The system is very reliable.

I had these lights installed about a year & a half ago. I’ve waited to post anything to see how everything held up & if they worked the way they’re supposed to. I put these lights around the entire house & our arbor out back. It looks incredible & has worked as advertised.
