Great work. Fixed our problem quickly and explained it all in detail. Everything works as normal and also got asked about up grading to the newer version bulbs. Definitely will be setting that up when im ready. All around great team every experience.

Jose did a great job of installation and the lights look great. The problem is the control app. It is the worst app I have ever used. Jose explained some basic information, but the app is VERY complicated to use. Lights show different display every day even though I programmed them (or so I thought) for a different display. They sent me a bunch of tutorials, but the menus they show on them are not always the same as on my app. The control box is in the garage and makes a loud whinning noise nonstop 24/7, even when lights are off.

Jose did a great install! This is our second house with Trimlights on it. I knew exactly what I wanted and they delivered. No ladders and lights for every holiday. Happy wife happy life!

When i had problems connecting it to wifi ( it wasn't easy) I got help. A week ago the lights weren't coming on, Ryan came over and change the electric motor(?), not free. But it's all good now. Great customer service.

Great experience with this company. From getting a quote, to scheduling and installing, it was seamless. Everyone was super nice and professional.

The employees we have had contact with have been great and very helpful. The reason I give it only 4 stars is it took a few times to get an appointment after requesting online and then calling. When I did call, I didn’t even speak to a real person. The business has an automated bot taking the service request which just feels way less personal. To add to it, I received an email saying someone would reach out to schedule. I never heard anything and the received a text from the person coming out that they would be at my house next day at 2pm. Thankfully my husband and I were off work and it was able to be done, my concern is just the glitches in communication, upon initial service request. I understand businesses get big but to not have a real person to talk to in a moment of frustration, is disheartening. Maybe if I had to escalate up the chain for something, there would be a real customer service person. But as a customer for the last few years who values not feeling like a number, that really does make me feel like a number. The bulbs also don’t put out as much light as they look on the advertisements probably bc they’re smaller but we still need to purchase outdoor spotlighting to give our house more visibility at night. They’re very fun and cool to change colors and be festive with but we definitely don’t rely on them for outdoor visibility of our home.

Best experience. Six years ago when I installed the lights they said they will take care of any problems and when my controller went off after the six years, they came and replaced, no excuses. My mom and I both have Trimlight lights on our houses and we love them! So many options for year round lights! I have never had an issue with our lights until last week.
