We love the lights—they look fantastic. However, communication was poor; it was nearly impossible to get a call back about scheduling or tech issues. Our installation happened in two parts, and after the second install, the layout was so disorganized that we couldn’t customize the lights as intended. My husband had to manually reconfigure the ports in the main box because the lights didn’t run in a logical sequence around the house.
After installation, I felt rushed and the technician left before I could confirm everything was working. It took two days to get an email response, despite requesting a call. Customizing the lights for just the peaks and corners (for security) was much harder than it should have been, and the back of the house is on a separate set, requiring extra steps in the app.
The lights themselves are great, but the setup was not user-friendly for customization. I wish more care was taken to ensure the system matched our needs.

Sometime ago, I noticed lights on homes in my neighborhood. First there was a few, then I noticed several more had them installed!

We had Trimlights installed on our house several months ago, and had recently noticed one side of the house was a slightly different color than the other. They responded very quickly to us, and came out and within a very short period of time had the issue resolved. We couldn't be happier with the lights or the Trimlight DFW service.

I couldn't be happier with my lights for every occasion. I had a new internet system installed and lost the Trimlight access on my phone. The salesperson came to my rescue and fixed it in a few minutes. I am 81 years old and had no idea how to fix it. I highly recommend their products.

Installers were punctual, professional, and were very polite. They were patient with me showing me the app and how to get everything set up. Only had them for 2 days but we are happy with the product.

This was an upgrade from a single LED system to a three LED system. Really like the brightness of the new LEDs. The installation crew was very respectful of the house and areas around it. Removed and replaced the LEDs pretty quickly. All in all very happy with the install, and how the system looks
